1. Widely distributing the estuary protocol, which has proven itself to be an effective tool to facilitate such conversation.

2. Assisting in the formation of Estuary conversation groups everywhere, both on-the-ground and online.

3. Training estuary group leaders, by providing them with all the tools and experience needed to successfully facilitate estuary conversations in various contexts.

4. Maintaining a relevant publicly accessible database, designed to connect inquirers with existing estuary groups, and providing a process by which new estuary leaders may be recruited, trained, and deployed in their own communities and/or online. 

5. Increasing the visibility and exposure of the Estuary brand and objectives, specifically, but not exclusively, by way of providing trained estuary leaders to participate in various conferences and festivals, thereby enabling conference attendees to experience the estuary protocol during break-out sessions, and thus gain familiarity with its potential for facilitating mutually respectful conversation across ideological and perspectival lines.
